Who is Diabetes Health Shakes

How can l track my order?

All Diabetes Health Shakes orders are shipped via Australia Post e-parcel, except for bulk/heavy orders which are delivered by separate courier companies. You will be able to track your order using a unique tracking number that is associated with your order. You will receive the tracking number via email once your order has been processed by our warehouse.

How can l change or cancel my order once l've placed it?

If you have made a mistake on your order (happens to the best of us!) or want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as you can through live chat or support@diabeteshealthshakes.com.

Order cancellations or amendments can only occur before our warehouse has commenced the packing process, which generally happens not long after an order is placed. We can verify the order status with you, however, we will not be able to provide a cancellation refund or amend any part of your order if it is already in the process of being packed. 

However, if you still don't want the goods upon delivery and wish to return, please refer to our Returns Policy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Diabetes Health Shakes orders are shipped Australia-wide using Australia Post E-parcel service or Startrack. Most orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days from order date.  

You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been packed and shipped. The email will be sent to the same email address you used to place your order. 

Orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered, depending on your delivery location. Please refer to the delivery timeframe displayed on your Australia Post tracking email for the most accurate ETA, and contact us at support@diabeteshealthshakes.com if you have still not received your parcel after the timeframe displayed.

What happens if my order was damaged/missing items?

In the unfortunate circumstance that an order you have received contains missing or damaged items, please get in touch with our customer care team by emailing support@diabeteshealthshakes.com. If the damaged or missing item is a Pharmacy Only item, including scheduled or prescription medications, please contact support@diabeteshealthshakes.com

What is your return policy?

All products you buy from Diabetes Health Shakes are covered by the Diabetes Health Shakes Returns Policy.

Can l have my order left at home if l am not there?

You can nominate Authority to Leave (ATL) in the checkout, which will inform the driver to leave your parcel without a signature.

Please be aware that once you provide Authority to Leave, you do so at your own discretion and with the full understanding that we are not to be held accountable for the order once it has been delivered.
